Starting at 3pm. Everyone welcome! RSVP to Claudia Hadlow on 0429 612447

Farmers with a 1080 permit – Fox Baits Available!

Due to grant funding the Dumbleyung Landcare Office has been offered $400 under the Red Card Incentives Program supported by Wheatbelt NRM with funding from the Australian Government’s National Landcare program.

The Dumbleyung LCDC will match this amount meaning $800 will be available to subsidise 1080 fox baits for 2018.
If you farm in the Dumbleyung Shire and have a current permit to lay 1080 fox baits you will be eligible to receive 1080 fox baits through Landmark in Dumbleyung and Kukerin Rural Services in Kukerin.
If you wish to renew your permit you can collect the assessment book and details from the Landcare Office in Dumbleyung or email RCP.Applications@dpird.wa.gov.au
Please contact Claudia at the Landcare Office before 27 April for the 1080 baits you require. Ph. 98634 225 or 0429612447 or dyglandcare@westnet.com.au

The biggest prize pool in its history will be up for grabs in the LambEx 2018 Young Guns Competition, with nine finalists and three winners to receive $13,000 worth of prizes at LambEx in Perth, Western Australia.

The competition aims to reward and encourage young upcoming producers, industry professionals and scientists to consider a future or ongoing career in the Australian lamb industry.
