How long have you lived in Kukerin Dumbleyung? Six years
What is your favourite past time? Travelling – I have done extensive travelling around the world and love experiencing different cultures and ethnicity.
Where would you love to travel to? China, India, Japan and Bora Bora.
What is something you regret you didn’t do haven’t done? Finishing my Primary School Teaching Degree (went to mining and money instead!).
Did you enjoy the Royal Wedding? Very much so. I loved every minute of it (oops watched it during the hockey game instead of watching the hockey!) and then googled it all the next day! I was really interested in seeing all the Suits characters as I love the show.
What is your secret tip for making a great pasta sauce? Adding curry powder when making the sauce and letting it simmer for over 3 hours (my Nonna’s sauce recipe).
Thank you birthday girl Janelle (pictured left with daughter Phoebe) for being this week’s local of the week! If you would like to nominate someone to be ‘Local of the Week’ please email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
