The next time you head out to the Lakeview Golf Club keep your eyes peeled for a new entrance welcome! This golfing stick person miraculously appeared earlier this season to welcome all golf players and supporters as they arrive.
The artist behind the Dumbleyung stick person phenomena strikes again and the time and effort which has gone into this piece of art is greatly appreciated by the Dumbleyung Lakeview Golf Club.
You don’t have to head to the Lakeview Golf Club to witness this random act of kindness. As you walk through the town site of Dumbleyung, keep your eyes peeled for ‘kindness rocks’. Not your ordinary rock, these special rocks are painted a variety of colours with messages written on them from ‘be happy’ to ‘have a nice day’. These small messages are a reminder to smile and enjoy your day!
If you find a kindness rock please share a photo with us on our Facebook (www.facebook.com/dumbleyung.crc) or to our email firstname.lastname@example.org and feel free to move it to another location and spread the love in the hope someone else finds the colour rock!
Such small acts could make someone’s day so here’s a few random acts you could do…
- Share overheard compliments
- The next time you buy a coffee donate the same amount to a charity
- Place a surprise note in a lunchbox you pack
- Help someone with lots of bags
- Clean someone’s windscreen
