Dumbleyung Caravan Park – Male Ablution Upgrade
Please be advised that as of the 15/16 March the male toilets will be out of order at the caravan park as they are getting upgraded. This will mean that the female ablutions will become unisex until the completion of the work.
Road Inspectors Wanted
We would like for members of the community to volunteer to be a road inspector for the shire. The role will involve providing a quarterly report to the shire detailing the conditions of your road and any repairs required in your area. We would like inspectors across the shire, so if you would like to get involved, please send you nomination to the CEO, Matthew Gilfellon via emailceo@dumbleyung.wa.gov.au, through the shire office or via SMS 0429 634 012.
Expression of Interest - Lease of Dumbleyung Caravan Park
Expressions of interest are sought from persons interested in leasing the Dumbleyung Caravan Park. Interested persons can get in touch with the Shire’s CEO, Matthew Gilfellon, via phone 9863 4012, email ceo@dumbleyung.wa.gov.au or in person at the office.
The Dumbleyung Caravan Park earns just under $20,000 per year with one quarter being Bluebird Lodge and the other three quarters being Caravan Sites. Utilities cost around $5000 per year, currently there is just under 600 hours spent cleaning and 140 hours gardening.
Do you have a need for a local drop off point for 2o litre oil containers?
We are researching if there is a need and would appreciate expressions of interest and the amount that you would want to drop off. Please submit your feedback to ao@dumbleyung.wa.gov.au.
