
The water was glorious and all those present appreciated the support of the water whilst energetically following leader Jane Coad’s expressive fitness moves. Many have reported how well they feel after and how surprised they are the next day that despite a full-on training session and finding those ‘abs’, that they don’t feel sore.
The sessions are designed for all levels of fitness and there is a great cross-section of ages participating. With lots of laughs (and the odd splutter!) the group felt invigorated and inspired afterwards. The highlight on the first Thursday was when Jane nearly fell in the pool whilst showing the one legged version of a two legged star jump!
Tuesday afternoon sessions commence at 5.30pm whilst Thursday afternoon sessions begin at 5.45pm. Adults of all fitness levels and ages are most welcome.
