Pre-season training will start up this Wednesday the 11th of March at 6:30pm. Please meet at the netball courts.
As the season will commence on May 2nd, let’s get ourselves in to gear for a great year ahead. This year also sees a new coach to put us through our paces, Clare Smith. Looking forward to seeing all new & old netty chicks.

Dumbleyung – Toolibin Tennis Association
It is the end of the tennis fixture season for the Dumbleyung-Toolibin Tennis Association. The final rounds start this weekend with 1v4: Kukerin v Tarin Rock in Kukerin and 2v3: Dudinin v Dumbleyung in Dudinin. Should be a good weekend of finals if you can get there to watch some great tennis that would be great.
The grand final will be played next weekend at Dudinin between this weekend’s winners.
Congratulations to all teams, captains and players for submitting teams each match and keeping this pennant association alive and well.

Kukerin Bowling Club
The final result saw Kukerin win two rinks comfortably, the third just over the line by two shots and the fourth losing heavily which left Kukerin winning by the narrow margin of four shots. The win saw Kukerin progress to the Grand Final to be played at Karlgarin on 21st March.
The first semi- final played at Newdegate between Newdegate and Kulin saw Newdegate win comfortably to advance to the preliminary final to be played at Kondinin next Saturday 14th against Kondinin with the winner to play in the Grand Final against Kukerin.
The Ladies semi- final played at Kukerin, between Newdegate and Kulin proved to also be a thriller. At the end of the game, scores were equal and to get a result three extra ends had to be played which eventually saw Newdegate advance by the direct route to the final.
On Sunday, the League pairs for ladies and men were played at Karlgarin and congratulation to Debbie Smith and Beverley Davidson who played well enough on the day to win the League pairs for season 2019—20. Not to be out done Clive Bahr and Peter Davidson also came home winners of the men’s competition to be declared League champions of season 2019-20.
The club is very proud of the performances of the two teams of men who played at the recent Country Week championships, with both fours’ teams performing creditably and three of the pairs winning their sections plus a few knockout games.
Captain Ross Ditchburn will be contacting all team members this week with a view to simulated match training next week- end in preparation for the Grand Final the following Saturday.
