Be ready for the future of office work and stop drowning in office administration work! The Paperless Office workshop will assist you to transition your business to a paperless farm office administration system. Providing the key tips and tricks to developing and managing your own paperless farm office, the workshop will focus on using technology to increase the productivity and efficiency of the admin and management of your farm.
Facilitator Tracey Minchin, will cover equipment and connections, efficient scanning, internet and enhancing your data use, data storage and security (including cloud based storage), backup and virus protection, electronic storage and management of finance records (finance records, plant and machinery records, HR records and so much more), mapping your paperless system and so much more!
A bonus to this session the workshop will also include an overview of Single Touch Payroll!
A minimum of eight people are needed for this workshop to proceed so please visit https://pingwa.org.au/paperless to register. The workshop will be held at the CRC or Stubbs Park Pavilion (numbers dependent) from 8.45am til 3pm and includes morning tea and lunch. The cost is $325 +gst (first person from a business) and $175 +gst (additional members of same business).
