A FREE community morning tea and information session covering Healthy Lifestyle and information on Bowel Screening will be held at the Dumbleyung CRC on Friday June 21st. The morning will commence at 9.30am with a casual walk (optional) followed at 10.00am with a healthy and free morning tea and an interactive and casual information session.
Melissa Pickering, the Wheatbelt Regional Education Officer for the Cancer Council of Western Australia will be in attendance to chat about a healthy lifestyle and what can assist in lowering the risk of bowel cancer. It’s important to be self-aware and we’ll help to shine a light on how important the screening and preventative actions can help you and others be protected from bowel cancer!
