The theme for the awards night was 1920’s Glamour, a colourful and opulent era of spectacular proportions and fittingly supported by jazz band ‘Proof’. MC for the evening was media personality Christina Morrissy who kept the evening ticking along nicely.
This award recognises and honours outstanding achievements and contributions to the aged care industry. Our success demonstrates outstanding leadership, management, workforce culture, innovation, communication and excellence to the sector.
It was nothing short of spectacular and we have a framed award and trophy (just like the Logies!) This will be hung on our ‘brag wall’ and the trophy placed into Perspex display case for the whole world to see and to protect it in from dust and other microscopic fibres that may think about resting upon it.
As we are in service to the community we see this as an opportunity to further increase public confidence and community involvement in our aged care facility.
This is pretty dam cool, no doubt about it!
