Lead by the energetic and knowledgeable Jane Coad, the group were put through their paces to ensure they raised their heartbeats and challenged their bodies to try new exercises.
The best thing about water aerobics? There is no impact to bones or joints and you can work yourself as hard or as easy as you wish so it's suitable even if you have an injury or ailment and is suitable for any age.
Sessions are currently 6pm each Tuesday and Thursday, although from 28th November they will change to 5.30pm, numbers permitting. Cost is $10 per class plus pool entry. Come along and let Jane assist you in preparing those bikini bodies – maybe even maintain your fitness!
