How to use a defibrillatorDefribrillator Training Meet our local paramedic Snake bite management Friday 9th November Dumbleyung District Club 6.30pm onwards Come along to the Dumbleyung District club for an evening meal this week, on Friday 9th November, where our local paramedic and some of the Dumbleyung Sub centre volunteers will be inducting community members in how to operate the defibrillators that you will have noticed hanging in the Club and elsewhere around town. Snake bite management will also be discussed. This could be lifesaving!! Carmel Adventist College volunteering for Shire of Dumbleyung![]() Last Friday November 2, saw a bus load of year 9 students from Carmel Adventist College (pictured above) volunteering their afternoon to wash the Bluebird and mulch the surrounding gardens. The students are on their way to Albany doing a ‘backyard blitz’ programme. Last year the students visited Kukerin and mulched the streets opposite the pub and caravan park. Thank you Carmel students for all your help within our shire. |
