If you want to reduce the potential for conflict, up skill, increase the productivity of farm labour, and streamline your business systems and practices then this program is for YOU. People are the foundation of any farm business and this program includes three workshops focused on managing people and personalised coaching sessions between workshops to ensure the learning is embedded and you get maximum return on investment from the package.
